Open access policy

“Lomonosov Pedagogical Education Journal" is a scientific periodical published in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative: https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-translations/russian

The journal provides immediate open access to its content based on the following principle: free open access to research results increases the global exchange of knowledge. This makes it possible to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for or link to the full text of articles.

Journal content is available under license - NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/

Under this license, the following is possible:

• share (exchange), i.e. copy and distribute material on any media and in any format;

• adapt (create derivative materials), i.e. modify the material and create something new based on it.

The following conditions are required:

• “Attribution” – attribution of authorship, links to license, and changes made, if any.
  

• "NonCommercial" - no commercial purposes when using the material.
  

• “No Further Restrictions” means a prohibition on creating new legal or technological restrictions that would prevent others from doing anything the license allows.
  

There is no fee for the journal's authors. There are no terms for shortened deadlines of publishing. All materials are available for download online in pdf format from the moment the issue is published.

Copyright for any article remains with the author (authors), therefore published manuscripts may be used, copied, quoted for non-commercial purposes with the obligatory indication of the name of the Author of the work and the source of borrowing in accordance with the Code of Ethics (see the corresponding Section).
